Depending on hair length, pump 2 to 4 pumps of conditioner into palm of hand. Massage into hair roots, and distribute evenly through hair length. Leave on hair while washing body. Rinse completely.
Besides smelling good, it leaves my hair very soft and with a lovely sheen. Will definitely be ordering again when this bottle is finished.
