Temperature Sensitive: This product is heat sensitive. Expect it to liquefy around 120 degrees and get quite soft even around 100 degrees. So be warned that if left in the sun, it will melt. The product will still work perfectly on the skin but the powders may settle & the texture will change.
I actually got this as a sample in one of my orders and saw one of the things it did was promote help with sleeping. I have severe Crohns and one thing it does is make it hard to get a good night's sleep. I would go to sleep but would always wake up during the night for 3-4 hours. It's not healthy to not get a good night's sleep. I was skeptical of this product and if it really could help. I was totally surprised at how easy I got relaxed and actually slept the night through! If got up to use the bathroom I could always go right back to sleep! It was a eureka moment! I tried it the next night and I slept well again! No more taking melatonin which does have side effects.
