Depending on hair length, pump 2 to 4 pumps of conditioner into palm of hand. Massage into hair roots, and distribute evenly through hair length. Leave on hair while washing body. Rinse completely.
I’ve been growing my hair to a shoulder length style. This conditioner is great because it detangles my hair without making it greasy. It keeps me from getting damaged ends too! I’ll always use Sunflower conditioner.
