I have to agree totally with the other review that speaks to this salve. It is actually a “save” for dry, thinning, distressed skin which describes my hands. This has worked wonders for me, and I find myself using it throughout the day after having my hands in water or cleaning around the house. Great stuff!! Deedre

This salve is truly amazing!!! I originally purchased it to use on my hands that were very dry. My husband's heels were cracking and painful (from the shoes/boots he wears). I gave him my tin of S.O.S Salve and within a few applications he had relief and we could see a HUGE difference in his skin. The cracks were healing! I have since purchased his own tin! Mary Beth
