Shake very well before each use. You may either apply directly to scalp & massage into roots, one to two hours before shampooing OR apply before bedtime and let sit overnight. Shampoo the following morning. Repeat 2 to 3 times a week. While applying, shake bottle several times.

I was losing lots of hair during brushing or shampooing. Started using the Magnesium Hair and Scalp Elixir twice a week. I 'd leave it on for an hour prior to shampooing and conditioning with the Rosemary Biotin Shampoo & Conditioner. I am amazed! Presently I am not losing hair like I was and have noticed new growth during a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend this product for those of you suffering with hair loss.
I’m in my late 40s. I’ve noticed recently that my hair is starting to thin and I frequently have a dry, itchy scalp. Maybe age? Maybe over-processing? Either way, I was excited to try this new elixir! It does make your hair look oily so for sure use it at night time.
